Resumen

La información clínico-médica al paciente se ha identificado tradicionalmente con el decir la verdad al enfermo. la creencia de que ello repercutiría negativamente en el estado físico y psicológico del sujeto, ha permitido que el uso de la información dependa del criterio subjetivo del médico. Este artículo intenta ofrecer una tentativa de categorización de las variables que se han mostrado relevantes en el complejo proceso de dar información al paciente. Desde el campo de la Salud, los psicólogos pueden realizar una importante labor metodológica, conceptual y formativa sobre el tema

Abstract

Clinic patient information has usually been identified with, saying the truth to ills. The belief that it will be to the detriment of the physic and psychological state of the subjects, has allowed that the informations use depends on doctors opinion. This article tries to give a tentative cluster of variables have been showed outstanding in the process or giving information to the patient. Psychologists should have an important methodological, conceptual and formative rol in Health field
