Evaluación de la alexitimia a través del Rorschach: estudio en pacientes con Artritis Reumatoide Juvenil

Resumen

Se estudian las características de la alexitimia en 39 sujetos diagnosticados de Artritis Reumatoide Juvenil, por medio de la selección de 75 variables del Rorschach del Sumario Estructural de Exner agrupadas en tres categorías: 1) Cluster de Afecto (FC, CF, AFR, S, BLENDS); 2) Inhibición del mundo de la fantasía y empobrecimiento yoico (M, EA, F+%, X+%, L, P, Fracasos, R), 3) Preocupación Corporal y Contención Afectiva (An + Xy, C), que miden características de fantasía, afecto, cognición-percepción y recursos adaptativos relacionados con la alexitimia y permiten un estudio empírico de la misma. Como resultado de esta investigación se propone una agrupación de variables del Rorschach para que sirva en el futuro en el estudio de la alexitimia en otras enfermedades físicas crónicas y lo psicosomáticas

Abstract

The research analyzes the features of alexithymia in 39 individuals diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. For that purpose, from the Structural Summary of Rorschach by Exner, 15 variables clustered into three categories were chosen: 1) Group of Emotions (FC, CF, AFR, S BLENDS), 2) inhibition of the fantasy and the ego impoverishment (M EA, F+%, X+%, L, P Frustration, R); and 3) Corporal worry and emotional contention (An + Xy, C). These variables measure the properties of fantasy, emotion, perception-cognition and other suitable resources related to the alexithymia which allow its empirical study. The results of the research will propose a group of variables from Rorschach which will be useful for future investigations about alexithymia in other physical-chronicle and/or psychosomatic diseases
