Selección Bibliográfica sobre
Mediación Laboral

En este anexo ofrecemos a los lectores una selección
bibliográfica sobre mediación laboral. Con ella
pretendemos poner a disposición de los lectores no sólo
una relación de documentos de interés sino ilustrar
también sobre el tipo de temas sobre los que se está
investigando actualmente. Hemos restringido la selección
intencionadamente a los últimos años -particularmente
en el apartado relativo a artículos- ya que, de lo contrario,
hubiéramos tenido que presentar una selección mucho
más amplia y el valor de la selección, no obstante, no
hubiera aumentado significativamente.
Presentamos la relación de documentos
clasificándolos en sólo dos grandes categorías:
libros y artículos de revistas científicas.
Hubiera sido fácil realizar. otras clasificaciones
más pero los criterios a seguir no los consideramos
suficientemente satisfactorios (tipo de revista, naturaleza
teórica, empírica, ensayística, ... de los
artículos, etc.) y la justificación de tales otras
clasificaciones se nos antojaba harto caprichosa. Por ello hemos
preferido dejar dicha labor al lector en el entendimiento de que si
bien es cierto que tendrá que revisar todos los títulos
para identificar aquellos que pudieran ser de su interés,
también lo es que la mera lectura de los casi 400
títulos que se ofrecen será ampliamente instructiva e
ilustrativa.
Para preparar esta selección hemos recurrido a las
siguientes bases mundiales de datos: Sociofile, PsyLit, EconLit, y
ABI/Inform.
