Table 3 contains errors regarding the alignment of the headings row. The S.E. values are incorrectly presented as p-values, the values in the S.E. column have been incorrectly formatted/altered. For example, values that should be 0.07, 0.05, and 0.06 appear as 0.70, 0.50, and 0.60, respectively. Moreover, because of the misalignment of the headings, these values are effectively presented under the wrong column heading. There is also an incorrect value for AffHu2 ← AH. The estimate should be 1.10, but it is presented as 0.11 in the published version.
