Justicia de menores: notas al margen

Resumen

El artículo, busca el debate sobre la filosofía subyacente a la Justicia de Menores. Detiene su mirada en el Proceso Delincuencial, tanto desde los factores conducentes, como desde los de prevención e intervención. Cuestiona las conductas colectivas e individuales, facilitadoras de transgresiones de adolescentes. Refleja miedos e intereses egoístas de los profesionales. Acerca algunos de los principios básicos que han de regir la educación y responsabilización de los jóvenes. Realiza un breve repaso a la Justicia de Menores, su evolución y la incardinación de los técnicos, específicamente de la figura del Psicólogo. En síntesis aborda el entorno del menor, los otros, las respuestas de los ciudadanos y de los técnicos

Abstract

The essay pretends a debate about the philosophy we may find around the Child Justice. Attention is stressed on the Crime Process; leading, prevention, and intervention elements ore examined. It also argues about the individual and collective behaviours that may result in child aggressions. It shows fears and selfish attitudes from the concerned professionals. It suggests some of the basic principles of application in child´s education. It provides with a brief review about Child´s Justice and its professionals, pointing out the importance of the psychologists. To sum up, it copes with the child environment, the others, and the responses from technicians and citizens
