La hipocondria: Una aproximación psicoanalítica

Resumen

Se describen las características generales del síndrome hipocondriaco, se aporta una vision psicoanalítica desde las perspectivas teórica, clínica y metapsicologica. Junto al análisis de posibles causadas, se trata de explicar la hipótesis de que dicho síndrome puede constituir una defensa eficaz contra la desestructuración psicótica. Se recogen algunas ideas para el tratamiento psicoanalítico de la hipocondria

Abstract

The general characteristics of hypochondriasis have been described, a psycho analytic vision from the theoretical, clinic and the metapsychologyc perspectives are apported. Along with the analysis of possibles causes, it’s been trained to explain the hypothesis of that one syndrome, it could constitute an effective defence against the psychotic unstructuring. Some ideas for the psychoanalytic treatment of hypochondriasis are collected
