Piaget y el desarrollo cognitivo

Resumen

Se presenta en este artículo un panorama del desarrollo de la teoría constructivista de Piaget sobre el pensamiento y la inteligencia, haciendo una distinción clave entre cuatro etapas que caracterizaron su vida y producción como investigador. Se refleja, también, el surgimiento, a partir de las ideas de Piaget, de nuevos enfoques y discusiones en torno a cómo se desarrolla la inteligencia humana y su interés por proporcionar formas generales para comprender la realidad

Abstract

This article aims to provide a view of the development of Piaget´s constructivist theory of thought and intelligence, making a clear distinction among the four stages which characterized his life and production as a researcher. It also points out the rising, beginning with Piaget´s ideas, of new approaches and discussions about the way in which the human knowledge develops and his efforts to offer general forms of understanding the reality
